a) Within this privacy policy, when we refer to “this mobile app” or “this app”, we refer to any features, products or services we make available, including this mobile app and any other branded or co-branded apps and/or websites (including sub-domains and/or mobile versions); social channels (including facebook; and other media, devices or networks now existing or later developed and/or deployed.
b) Within this privacy policy, when we refer to “our”, “we” and “us”, we mean Plunge Pty Ltd ACN 614 784 628 (“Plunge”) and/or our affiliates.
c) Within this privacy policy, when we refer to “you” and “your”, we mean the person using this mobile app and providing us with their data.
d) Your privacy is important to Plunge. This privacy policy provides information about the personal information that Plunge collects, and the ways in which Plunge uses that personal information.

2. Personal information collection
Plunge may collect and use (but not limited to) the following kinds of personal information:

a) Plunge may use your personal information to:

Any information you provide related to the processing of payments (referred to as “Payment Information”) is provided by you to a payment system which is provided by a third party (“third party payment system”). This Privacy Policy does not address or protect the treatment of Payment Information by those third-party payment systems. Payment Information is subject to the legal terms between you and that third-party payment system. To the extent legally permissible, we are not responsible for and are in no way liable for the treatment of such information. We do not request credit card details or store credit card details on our servers (unless you provide them to us outside our usual business practices). If you do not accept all risks associated with using a third-party payment system, you may contact us to arrange an alternative payment method.
5. User-generated content
a) You may post user content on this mobile app, associated websites and/or social channels (For example, within blogs), however, you do so at your own risk. We will not be held liable for the actions of other users and if you disclose personal information when posting comments or similar content, this information will be available to the world at large.
b) You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of user-generated content may remain visible within cached and archived pages or if other users have copied or stored your content. Any improper collection or misuse of the information provided in this mobile app is a violation of this mobile app’s terms and conditions and should be reported by contacting Plunge via email at info@plungeapp.com.au.
6. Using data and direct marketing
a) Plunge may in its sole and unfettered discretion provide data to and/or work with any third party it wishes. This may include the collection of data such as website traffic or personal information. By registering for PlungeApp, you have consented to the data practices set out herein.
b) Plunge may contact you by way of email, SMS or any other medium. If this occurs, you will be given the opportunity to opt-out from further communications.
c) By registering for PlungeApp, you have consented to us sending you our electronic newsletter and other material related to the marketing and administration of the mobile app as well as our products and services and the products and services of other businesses which we believe may be of interest to you. The choice of material sent to each user may differ based on the user’s previous use of PlungeApp. The decision to provide any further material will be in our total and unfettered discretion. You can unsubscribe from such communications at any time by either opting out when you receive the communications or by notifying us at info@plungeapp.com.au.
d) In addition to being able to withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from our marketing material, you also have the right to request us to delete any data we may have about you. 7. Third-party advertising
a) Advertisements that appear in this app may be served directly to users via third-party advertisers. When this occurs, the third-party advertiser will automatically receive your IP address. The third-party advertiser may also download cookies to your computer, or use other technologies (For example, JavaScript, web beacons, 1×1 gifs) to measure the effectiveness of the advertisements and/or to personalise advertising content. We are not responsible for the actions of a third-party advertiser. By doing this, the advertising network is able to recognise your computer each time they send you an advertisement in order to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and to personalise the advertising content. Any interactions with the third party may be recorded by the third party.
b) We are in no way responsible for the privacy and/or data collection practices of external websites which may be featured, promoted or linked to the associate’s website(s) and/or social channels. Should you follow a link to an external website or do business with someone who advertises or features in the mobile app, you do so at your own risk and we will not be liable to any extent for the consequences which may result from the same. Plunge does not have access to or control of the cookies that may be placed by the third-party advertiser. Similarly, this Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by this app and does not cover the use of cookies or other tracking technologies used by any third-party advertisers.
